Windows Live Writer
Who'd have guessed Microsoft would release a WYSIWYG blog editor that works with Blogger (and a lot more!). This is my first post using Windows Live Writer. It won't be my last.
Writer allows you add photos and apply visual effects such as the "photo paper" effect below. The software creates a scaled thumbnail and links to the full-size image.
